Here are some answers

General

  • Do my referrals get a discount?
    By default they get a voucher with 30% discount for one month. If you need a custom discount, do not hesitate to get in touch.
  • Can I be a partner if I’m also a partner with a competitor?
    Yes, but simultaneously promoting two very similar products may be counterproductive and decrease your net revenue. Therefore we recommend sticking to one at a time.
  • Can I be a partner even if I’m not a Wincher customer?
    Sure, no problem. However, we recommend that you at least try the tool before promoting it to get a better understanding. More knowledge about what you‘re promoting usually means more leads.
  • Do I have to be active to stay partner in any way?
    While we don‘t require any activity to remain partner, we highly encourage it. Actively promoting your link will also yield the best results.

Commission

  • Are there any fees connected to my commission?
    No, however, certain payout systems like PayPal may incur a fee when receiving money from us.
  • Are my commissions recurring or a one time thing?
    You get commission for all purchases and recurring payments for the entirety of the customer‘s lifetime.
  • Will I get more commission if my recruit upgrades plan in the future?
    Yes, any future upgrades will be counted towards your commission.
  • What are the payout terms?
    Payouts are done on request on a Net-45 basis starting from the date when the payout request is made. Please note that the minimum value for payouts is €150.

Tracking

  • Can I sign up using my own referral link?
    No. Unfortunately, self-referrals are strictly prohibited. The goal of a referral program is to encourage partners and ambassadors to spread the word about our products and earn revenue, not to get discounts.
  • Can I sign up on behalf of my clients through my own referral link?
    We recommend you either sign up from your clients‘ computers or sign up your clients as usual (without using your referral link) and contact us to sort the situation out.
  • Why can’t I see my sign-ups and/or provision?
    Our tracking is based on browser cookies, so if you used a different browser/device from the visit to sign up, you cleared your cookies, you used incognito, or you signed up from your own referral link, the signup might not be tracked. If you are 100% sure the sign up or sale were not tracked correctly, contact our referral platform provider at [email protected].
  • Where do I find my referral link?
    Simply log into the partner dashboard.
  • What’s the lifetime of the tracking cookie?
    The referral cookie life is 30 days. If a user makes a purchase after 30 days since the first referred visit, the conversion won’t be tracked anymore.
